These rules will be in force upon arrival at Heathrow Airport on Friday 1st May and will be enforced until landing at Heathrow on Monday 4th May. There will be a judicial process in the event of breaches of tour rules, or tourists disagreeing with an identified breach of the rules. This will be in the form of a Kangaroo court.
All fines will be dealt with as part of the Kangaroo court. However, for one off serious offences the JUDGE may issue on the spot fines administered by CHIEF WEIGHTS & MEASURES and with no defence.
Fines for guilty adults come in the form of a financial donation to the tour kitty or the consumption of a small amount of their chosen liquid refreshment. Fines for guilty players will render them liable for some kind of physical exercise/task or game.
Players must be in possession of their rugby boots upon arrival at Mulranny Hotel on Friday night.
Their boots must be perfectly clean with no visible mud and should be cleaned by players themselves. Once the squad has checked in at the hotel the inspection will take place in the hotel bar. The boots will be rigorously inspected by CHIEF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES. Failing to have clean boots will render you liable to a fine.
All adults must be in possession of a 'Mutineers' hipflask. Please ensure it is in your hand luggage and EMPTY.
CHIEF WEIGHTS AND MEASURES will check you are in possession of the said hip flask on the coach from the airport to Mulranny hotel and if you are not this could render you liable to a fine or an appearance in court. If you are a 'virgin' Mutineer tourist please bring a hip flask of your choice. Again failure to do so could render you liable to a fine or an appearance in court.
The Hat of Shame will be distributed throughout the weekend and will be awarded for daft comments, fool hardy behaviour and any amusing misdemeanor deemed to be worthy of the hat of shame. Allocation should be by popular agreement and will generally be accompanied by a small fine, determined by the CHIEF WEIGHTS & MEASURES.

Pointing with a finger is prohibited; the manner of indicating will be determined by the PROCECUTION at certain times. Pointing will render you liable to a fine.
Any food or drink consumed within the first half of an hour (i.e. 11.01-11.29) must be consumed right handed. In the second half of an hour (i.e. 11.31 to 11.59) must be consumed left handed. To avoid confusion at the o’clock (i.e. 11.00) or half past the hour (i.e. 11.30) food or drink consumed must be held in both hands.
Timings will be taken from MONSIEUR TIC TOC. Eating or drinking with the wrong hand will render you liable to a fine.
